[ honestly, he hadn't been expecting any kind of thanks; hadn't really seen her once they'd opened up the rest of the ship and had to take that flaming beast of a monster down before getting through the portal. it'd been a whirl wind, that was for sure. ]

I've spent much of my life programming and designing systems. You have a rough knowledge, but practical.

An alien invasion, you'd mentioned that. We experienced one of our own, as well. Nothing like giant robots were on our side, though.
